Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before 30 days of booking date will invite 10% of booking value as processing charge.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking will be subject to 50% refund of total amount.
- Cancellations / no show within 48 hours of the booking will be subject to 100% cancellation charge of total amount.
- Reservation cancel with in 24 hrs of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to accommodation charges for the entire length of stay originally booked.
- There will be no refund whatsoever for cancellations made in ‘Black-out’ period (peak season) between OCTOBER to February every year.
- For all Apex Bookings, there is no refund for cancellations or for change in travel schedule..
